Failed generations
A free compatibility check never uses a credit. If a confirmed generation fails, its reserved credit returns to its original allowance period, subject to expiry. An uncertain outcome stays reserved while we check it. A credit return is different from a card refund.
Finished GIFs
A GIF or picture that was made and delivered keeps its credit used, whatever it looks like, including when Vemmy’s own review says it does not look quite right. Quality alone is not a reason for a refund or a credit return. Try again is a new generation that uses another credit. Your statutory rights still apply.
Request a payment review
Email [email protected] with your Discord account ID, charge date, amount and order or job reference. Explain the issue. Do not include a full card number, security code or password. We will check the record and explain the next step.
What we review
Payments are non-refundable, except where applicable law or Stripe Managed Payments terms require a refund. Contact support for duplicate charges, billing errors or unresolved failed jobs. Delivered results are not refunded for quality. Stripe can issue eligible refunds through Link. Unused credits expire as disclosed; expiry alone does not create an automatic refund. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights still apply.
Stop the next charge
To stop renewal of a trial or a paid plan, use Account → Settings → Cancel renewal. Account → Settings also opens the billing portal. A support request, signing out or deleting media does not cancel billing.
