Your agreement
Vesperk and Vemmy are operated by 1607027 B.C. LTD., a company in British Columbia, Canada. These terms cover vesperk.com, vemmy.vesperk.com and our Discord app. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Content rules. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact [email protected] with questions.
Who can use Vemmy
You must be at least 18 and able to enter this agreement. Use your own Discord account and keep it secure. You are responsible for requests made through your account. Do not bypass account restrictions, trial eligibility, credit limits, upload or check limits, or security controls.
How the service works
Vemmy uses AI to put a saved face into a GIF or picture you send through Discord. The current service accepts GIFs up to 12 seconds long and still pictures. Before use, an AI model checks each face photo, GIF and picture for clear faces and for nudity. Real, drawn and animated faces and animals can pass; a GIF or picture can have up to 3 faces. Media with nudity is not accepted. The initial check is free. Daily limits apply to photo uploads and to checks that do not pass. A confirmed generation uses one credit. AI can change expressions, movement and other details. A successful check does not guarantee a good result. Review each result before you share it.
Your uploads and results
You keep the rights you already hold in your uploads. You give Vesperk and its service providers permission to store, process, transform and deliver your media for your requests, support, safety reviews and abuse handling, and to operate and improve Vemmy. This permission does not transfer ownership to us. You must have the rights needed for the source GIF or picture and permission from each adult whose face you save. We cannot promise that a generated result is unique, copyrightable or free of third-party rights.
The trial
Eligible accounts receive 3 GIF credits for a 24-hour trial after card setup and verified activation. A card is required. One trial is available per Discord account and card. Unless you cancel renewal before the trial ends, your selected plan starts and charges the monthly or yearly amount shown at checkout. Your account shows the exact trial end time and renewal amount. If you choose to start paid membership early, you confirm that charge separately and any unused trial credits expire. Your first 3 trial GIFs have a Vemmy watermark. New GIFs and pictures have no watermark once paid coverage starts. Starting a paid plan also unlocks clean downloads of saved trial results. Canceling renewal alone does not remove watermarks.
Prices and credits
Basic is US$3.99 per month for 10 GIF credits each month. Basic is US$39.99 per year for 10 GIF credits each month. Plus is US$7.99 per month for 30 GIF credits each month. Plus is US$79.99 per year for 30 GIF credits each month. Plan credits reset each month on the date shown in your account and do not roll over. Yearly plans give credits each month, not all at once. With an active plan or free trial, a pack of 5 credits costs US$2.99. Pack credits expire 30 days after payment confirmation or when your access ends, whichever comes first. Each pack has its own balance and expiry. Existing plans keep their current price and credit allowance until you choose a different plan. Moving to a plan with more credits at the same or a higher price per billing period takes effect immediately: a new billing period starts that day, the charge is the new plan’s price minus a credit for the unused time on your current plan, and once that payment is confirmed your plan credits reset to the new plan’s allowance. Unused credits from the previous plan end at that time. Other plan changes, including moving to a plan with fewer credits, take effect at the end of your current paid period, with no charge or credit now. Checkout shows applicable taxes and the final amount before you confirm. Credits are not money and cannot be transferred.
Renewal and cancellation
Plans renew monthly or yearly, according to your chosen plan, until you cancel renewal. To stop renewal of a trial or a paid plan, use Account → Settings → Cancel renewal. Account → Settings also opens the billing portal. The account and billing portal show when access ends. Cancel before the next renewal to stop that charge. Signing out, removing the Discord app or deleting media does not cancel a subscription. Any cancellation, notice or refund rights required by law still apply.
Finished GIFs use their credit
A confirmed GIF or picture uses its credit once it is made and delivered, whatever the result looks like. This includes a result that differs from what you expected, and a result that Vemmy’s own review says does not look quite right. A delivered result is not refunded or credited back because of its quality. Try again makes a new GIF or picture and uses another credit; it does not return the credit of the earlier one. Check the free preview and your chosen face before you confirm. Nothing here limits a remedy required by law.
Failed GIFs and payment problems
A GIF or picture that fails the initial check uses no credit. A failed generation returns the reserved credit to its original allowance period, subject to that period’s expiry. If the outcome is uncertain, the credit can remain reserved while we check it. Do not submit another payment while the first is still being confirmed. For duplicate charges, billing errors or a GIF that was never delivered, email [email protected] with the date and job or payment reference. Payments are non-refundable, except where applicable law or Stripe Managed Payments terms require a refund. Stripe can handle eligible refund requests through Link. Nothing here limits a remedy required by law.
Responsible use
Do not submit a child’s face, sexual or intimate media, non-consensual imagery, fraud, threats, targeted harassment or unlawful content. Do not use a GIF to harmfully impersonate someone or claim that a generated scene is a real event. Respect privacy, intellectual-property rights and Discord’s rules. Do not access another person’s files or interfere with the service. Our Content rules give more detail.
Service changes and restrictions
We may pause the service for maintenance, outages, security or suspected misuse. We may refuse requests or restrict accounts that break these terms. We will give notice where appropriate or legally required. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a fixed generation time or a particular artistic result. If we discontinue paid service, we will explain the effect on billing and any applicable remedies.
Removing your data
You can remove saved faces in your account. Delete private data removes the private data described on that screen. Check and cancel renewal first. Limited payment, trial-eligibility, security, job and deletion records may remain where needed for legitimate operations or legal obligations. Downloaded GIFs and copies in Discord remain outside our control. Deletion does not make you eligible for another trial.
Your rights
To the extent the law allows, we provide the service as available without guaranteeing that every result meets your expectations. We are not responsible for losses caused by your unlawful use, unauthorized sharing or third-party services outside our control. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms do not remove statutory consumer rights. If one term is unenforceable, the rest continue to apply.
Law, updates and contact
